gaining weight...poopie head

ok so how exactly do i gain weight while i'm in college??
 it really doesn't make sense....

i would think i am losing weight cuz....
-i work out at least 2 hrs a day for crew (and i mean work out kinda major yuckie sweat, omg i think i'm gonna die kinda work out, i can't freakin walk properly for a minute from these stupid sqats as a warm up, not talking about on the water either)
-i work out (try to, usually) at least 2 times a week at the gym in addition to crew (weights or ergging)
-i climb so many freakin stairs (fine arts building, dorm)
-i eat a lot less meat (just cuz it looks really gross)

possibly gaining...
-i eat more fried food than i did at home (a good reason, but not that much more)
-i eat 3 meals a day?? (as opposed to my old 2, but i did eat midnight study snacks at home though, so i guess that would be 3)
-i snack...?? (1/4 box of cheese-its in 2 weeks...if that's called snacking)
-i eat and then sleep right away for power naps (prob the main reason)
-stress?? (someone was suggesting this)

ok so i have examined the facts....and it really does not make any freakin sense (at least to me).  but i guess it is possible.....but seriously.....gah.  i mean i love doing crew, for a lot of reasons, but damnit if i work out so much i want some results too!!  curse my metabolism

lets just hope that scale was being a poopie head...and i am actually not gaining massive loads of weight....but i doubt it.
